Rafiq Upadhe

Rafiq Upadhe is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead for SanlamConnect since August 2016, with prior roles at Sanlam as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Trainee Human Resources Business Partner. Previously, Rafiq held the position of HR Consultant at PwC South Africa from March 2011 to July 2016, overseeing the full recruitment cycle for both the Advisory and Tax divisions. Additional experience includes working as an HR Consultant at Woolworths and a Resource Consultant at TSO Recruitment. Rafiq is currently pursuing the Sanlam Management Programme at Stellenbosch Business School, following a B-Tech Degree in Human Resource Management from Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
