Jordan Astorga

Jordan Astorga is a seasoned professional with a robust background in client experience management and retail operations. Currently serving as a Client Experience Manager at indinero since July 2022, Jordan has also held roles as Client Experience Specialist and Client Onboarding Specialist within the company. Prior experience includes management positions at AT&T as a Retail Store Manager and Verizon as a Telesales Supervisor, as well as a role as an Emergency Dispatcher at the Charleston County Consolidated 9-1-1 Center. Jordan's career began in the US Army as a Horizontal Constructional Engineer, followed by an Assistant Manager position at Chick-fil-A Corporate. Academically, Jordan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Governors University and an Associate's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Trident Technical College.
