Nilesh Samanta

Nilesh Samanta currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Indinom, a position held since December 2023. Previously, Nilesh worked as Product Lead at Rippling from 2021 to 2023, focusing on comprehensive employee management solutions. Nilesh also held the role of Product Manager at Cutover, a leader in Work Orchestration and Observability, from 2020 to 2022, and at Modus from 2019 to 2020. Additional experience includes positions as Product Manager at Noble Markets (2016-2019), Business Analyst at New York University (2016-2018), and Product Analyst at Nido (2014-2016) and KBM Training & Recruitment (2014). Nilesh began a career in the industry as an intern at NTPC Limited in 2012. Nilesh holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Science in Management Science and a Master's degree in Finance & Strategy from New York University and NYU Stern School of Business, respectively, as well as a Master of Science in Marketing Management from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Amity University.
