Vincent LoGiudice, CCP, CBP, GRP, currently serves as Head of Total Rewards at Inditex since October 2025, leading the total rewards strategy for the U.S. Previously, Vincent held the position of Executive Director, Head of Global Total Rewards at ETS from 2021 to 2025, where oversight of total rewards for 25 subsidiaries was a key responsibility, ensuring alignment with market competitiveness and company objectives. From 2017 to October 2020, Vincent was Director of Global Total Rewards at Wiley, creating a $50M benefits program for the Americas and enhancing compensation frameworks in the Education Publishing sector.
