Leslie Tomlenovich

Vice President of Quality and Regulatory at Indiva

Leslie Tomlenovich has extensive work experience in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and food safety. Leslie is currently serving as the Vice President of Quality and Regulatory at Indiva since December 2021. Previously, Leslie worked as a Director at Indiva from January 2021 to December 2021. Prior to that, they were a Quality Assurance Manager at High Park Company from January 2020 to January 2021. Leslie also held the position of Director, Food Safety & Quality Assurance at Les Aliments Whyte's Inc. - Whyte's Foods Inc. from September 2018 to January 2020. Leslie served as a Quality Assurance Manager at Greenfield Global from January 2016 to September 2018. Before that, Leslie worked as a Food Safety Professional at AIB International, Inc. from September 2014 to December 2015. Leslie held the role of Food Safety, Quality & Regulatory Manager at Cargill from June 2009 to August 2014. Earlier in their career, Leslie worked at Sobeys where they served as the Director of Food Safety (Sobeys West) from August 2005 to July 2008, and as a Food Safety Specialist from September 2003 to August 2005. Leslie began their career as a Quality Assurance Technologist at Canada Bread in 2000.

Leslie Tomlenovich has a Bachelor of Human Nutritional Sciences from the University of Manitoba. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Acidified Foods Manufacturing School from North Carolina State University in 2019, Food Safety Preventive Controls for Human Food from the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) in 2017, and Food Safety Professional Training from AIB International, Inc in 2014.
