Hai Yu

Hai Yu, MBA, is an experienced scientist currently serving as Scientist II at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies since July 2017, with responsibilities including the setup of new laboratories and leading quality control projects. Prior roles include Scientist I at the same company, Quality Control Associate at Biogen, and Quality Control Specialist at Purdue Pharma L.P. Hai has a strong background in chemical analysis, validation testing, and quality assurance, having worked with various methods such as HPLC, UPLC, and several wet chemical tests. Hai began the professional journey as a Chemist II at Sandoz and Lab Analyst at Hospira, after initial experience as a Manager Assistant at Starbucks. An educational foundation in biochemistry was established with a Bachelor of Applied Science from North Carolina State University.
