Katherine Keeling Dorman, sHRBP, currently serves as HR Director for US Commercial and Global Human Resources Business Partner at Indivior since November 2022, providing strategic guidance on talent management and workforce strategy within R&D and Global Medical Affairs. Prior to this role, Katherine held multiple positions at NiSource from November 2016 to November 2022, including Manager of Human Resources Business Partner and Manager of Human Resources, focusing on employee relations and organizational development. Katherine's extensive experience also includes HR consultancy at Canon Virginia, roles in recruitment and HR at Tidewater Finance Company, and development work at Opera on the James.
