Kathryn Hudson

Kathryn Hudson is the current Company Secretary at Indivior. Kathryn has held this position since February 2015. Prior to that, they were the Company Secretary at Kingfisher plc from February 2011 to February 2015. Before that, they were the Deputy Company Secretary at Burberry Group plc from June 2006 to February 2011.

Ms. Hudson began their career as a Graduate Trainee at Arcadia Group / Sears Clothing in January 1998. Kathryn then became a Senior Company Secretarial Assistant at Informa in November 2000 before taking on the role of Deputy Company Secretary at ICAP in July 2003.

Kathryn Hudson has a degree in Textile Design and Design Management from The University of Manchester, as well as a degree in Textiles from Nottingham Trent University. Kathryn also has certification from ICSA: The Governance Institute in FCG.

Kathryn Hudson reports to Shaun Thaxter, Chief Executive Officer. Kathryn Hudson works with Hillel West - Chief Manufacturing and Supply Officer, Cynthia Cetani - Chief Integrity and Compliance Officer, and Frank Stier - Chief Manufacturing and Supply Officer.
