Paolo Giarola

Paolo Giarola is a seasoned professional in demand forecasting and supply chain management with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Demand and Inventory Manager at Indivior since May 2023, Paolo previously held the position of Planning Team Manager at Catalent Micron Technologies Limited. A long tenure at GSK from September 2001 to October 2021 included roles such as Demand Forecasting Director for Vaccines in Europe/Latam, where significant improvements to forecasting processes were achieved, and Demand Forecasting Director for Classic and Established Products CNS/AAA in Europe, managing a £1B portfolio. Prior roles at GSK also encompassed Therapy Supply Chain Director Europe for CNS & Anaesthesia and Head of Demand Planning & Primary Distribution. Earlier in the career, Paolo served at Fresenius Kabi as Site Planning & Scheduling Head and at Riello Group as Head of Domestic Burners Production Planning.
