Anik Sengupta

Anik Sengupta currently holds a Chemical Industry Leadership Role at INDO-BHARAT RAYON since February 2022. Prior to this, Anik served as Assistant Vice President - Technical Services at Aditya Birla Group from November 2016 to February 2022, overseeing technical activities, quality control, and operational excellence at the Grasim Cellulosic Division. Anik also held key positions such as General Manager - Technical for the Pulp & Fibre Business and General Manager - India & Singapore at Praxair, where responsibilities included project management, strategic planning, and business development. Previous roles encompass managerial positions at Reliance, Srivaari Chemicals, and South India Viscose, along with a foundational role as a Process Engineer at Aditya Birla Group. Anik's educational background includes a PGDBM in Production & Operation Management from the Institute of Management Technology and a BE in Chemical Engineering from Bangalore University, complemented by multiple certifications in quality and Six Sigma.
