Tushar Kanti Giri

Tushar Kanti Giri has a strong work experience spanning over two decades. Tushar Kanti started their career in 2002 at CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited, where they worked as a Production Manager and was responsible for the manufacturing of power transformers. During their time there, they played a key role in producing India's first 765 kV transformer in collaboration with Toshiba, Japan.

After leaving CG Power, they joined Brush Transformers Gulf LLC in 2008 as a Production Manager, where they successfully upgraded the manufacturing facility and introduced the concept of after-sales support for transformers. Tushar Kanti also implemented various improvements in the production process, such as standardizing the ovening process and introducing new vendors for fabrication work.

In 2012, Tushar joined CG Power Systems Indonesia as an Operations Controller, where they developed and implemented a master plan for the factory, coordinated with design and procurement teams, and provided feedback to the sales department.

Tushar Kanti then moved to ECOTRAFO MALAYSIA SDN BHD in 2015 as an Operations Manager, overseeing various aspects of the company's activities including marketing, production, sourcing, supply chain, and financial control.

Tushar's most recent position was at Prolec GE India (Indo Tech Transformers Ltd.), where they held the roles of Quality Head and later became the Head of Supply Chain Management.

Throughout their career, Tushar has demonstrated strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality and efficiency in the manufacturing and operations of transformer companies.

Tushar Kanti Giri began their education at Baita M N High School, where they completed their Secondary 10th education from 1990 to 1996. Tushar Kanti then attended Ramakrishna Mission Vidyamandir, Belur Math from 1996 to 1998, where they pursued a 10+2 degree with a focus on Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Following this, Tushar Kanti Giri attended Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology from 1998 to 2002 and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering. Lastly, they enrolled in the Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli from 2018 to 2020, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
