Muziibu Alfisyah

Muziibu Alfisyah has over a decade of experience in the engineering and production sectors, currently serving as Finish Mill Section Head at PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk., part of HeidelbergCement Group, since September 2014. Previous positions held include Packing House Superintendent, Raw Mill Engineer, and Management Trainee Operation at the same company. Prior to this role, Muziibu worked as a Production Supervisor at PT. Indolakto (Indomilk), managing various aspects of dairy production, and completed an internship as a Process Engineer at PT. Pupuk Kalimantan Timur (Persero). Muziibu holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Universitas Gadjah Mada, obtained between 2008 and 2013. Proficiencies include GMP, 5S, SHE, various ISO standards, HACCP, and continuous improvement methodologies like Kaizen.
