Prior to this, Dalton held various financial analysis and management positions at Nested Naturals and Rogers Communications. Dalton's background includes experience as a Senior Accountant at BDO in New Zealand. Dalton is a Chartered Accountant who obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from The University of Auckland.
