Melissa Gonzalez, MBA, has extensive experience in operational analysis and customer experience management, currently serving as an Operational Analyst at INDOCHINO since July 2021. Prior roles include Credit Supervisor and Customer Experience Agent at the same company, along with a position as Logistics Coordinator at Lean Staffing Solutions.
