Priyadarshini Goswami

Priyadarshini Goswami is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as a Human Resources professional at IndoFast Energy since December 2024, Priyadarshini previously held the position of Director - Human Resources at IHX from November 2023 to July 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Manager - HR Business Partner at MFine from February 2019 to June 2023, Manager - HR Business Partner at AB InBev India, and Deputy Manager - HR Business Partner at Sterlite Power Grid Ventures Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Master's Degree in English Language and Literature from Jadavpur University. At XLRI, Priyadarshini was also a Senior Executive Member of Samarthya, the Human Potential Centre.
