Mr. Santiago Soriano Navarro, born in 1947, a Philippines citizen, was appointed as Director of the Company in June 2005 based on Notarial Deed No. 76 dated 17 June 2005 which was made before Mrs. Poerbaningsih Adi Warsito, S.H., Notary in Jakarta. Prior to joining the Company in 2005, he served for various companies, among others First Pacific Limited, PT lndocement Tunggal Prakarsa and PT lndofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. (Bogasari Flour Mills). He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Commerce Degree in 1970 from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
