Marshall P. is the Founding CEO of PrivyID, a digital signature and trusted identity provider, since October 2014. Additionally, Marshall holds positions as a member of the Digital Finance Development Unit at the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) since 2021, Vice Chairman IV at Asosiasi FinTech Indonesia since June 2021, and Chairman of the IRLA (Indonesia Regtech & Legaltech Association) since January 2019. Marshall's entrepreneurial journey includes being an Endeavor Entrepreneur since February 2019 and an Associate with the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) since May 2019. Previous experience includes serving as Regional Head of Legal & HR for PT. Buana Media Teknologi from October 2012 to June 2015 and Vice President Director at PT. Sampurna Perdana Pratama from March 2004 to August 2007. Marshall’s educational background encompasses a law degree from the University of Indonesia and executive programs at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and INSEAD, among others.
