Diah Arum Witasari, PCC has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Diah Arum started their career in 1997 as an Executive in Recruitment at SRI Nielsen Indonesia. Diah Arum then moved on to ACNielsen, where they worked as a Senior Executive in Training & Development from 1998 to 2000. Subsequently, they joined Arthur Andersen Business Consulting as a Training Coordinator from 2000 to 2002. Following that, Diah worked at Ernst & Young as a Training Coordinator & Administration for the Tax Division from 2002 to 2003. Diah Arum continued their journey at Ernst & Young as a Senior Consultant in Change Management Advisory from 2004 to 2007 and later became a Manager in the same department from 2007 to 2008. In 2008, they joined Daya Dimensi Indonesia as a Senior Consultant and held various roles, including Associate Senior Consultant, Facilitator, and Executive Coach until the present. Recently, in 2020, Diah became a Faculty Member at the Coaching Mentoring Institute (CO-ME Institute). With their diverse experience, Diah has developed a strong skill set in coaching, change management, training, and recruitment.

Diah Arum Witasari, PCC attended the University of Indonesia from 2014 to 2017, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Applied Psychology. Prior to that, they attended Universitas Padjadjaran from 1990 to 1996, earning a Bachelor of Psychology degree. Witasari is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), certified by the International Coaching Federation in July 2022. Diah Arum holds additional certifications such as an ICF Member Badge and has completed the DDI Virtual Classroom Facilitator Booster program.
