Anugerah Pratama

Anugerah Pratama is an experienced Cloud Engineer specializing in Disaster Recovery and Backup Solutions at Indonesian Cloud since August 2016. Responsibilities include maintaining Backup & Replication tools, designing Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) solutions based on customer Business Continuity Plans, and conducting Proof of Concepts. Previously, Anugerah held roles as an IaaS Presales Consultant, where expertise was applied in identifying customer needs and designing technical proposals, and as a Technology Portfolio & Product Management Specialist. Early career experience includes providing IT support as Helpdesk at HS Prima Indonesia and as an IT Support Technician at M Cashback Indonesia. Anugerah holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from BINUS University, completed in 2012.
