Friskila Agustine Mandalika is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive assistance and customer service. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Digital Officer at PT. Indosat Tbk since January 2022, Friskila previously held various roles at Hutchison 3 Indonesia from May 2009 to January 2022, including Executive Assistant to both the Chief Information Technology Officer and the Chief Technical Officer, as well as Team Assistant for senior technical operations. Earlier in Friskila's career, a position as a Customer Service Officer at PT. Indosat Tbk was held from June 2005 to January 2009. Friskila obtained a Bachelor's degree in Secretary from Universitas Klabat in 2005.
