Mario Purnama

Mario Purnama currently serves as the VP - Head of Commercial HR Business Partner at PT. Indosat Tbk, overseeing HR functions for the commercial segment in the Circle Kalisumapa region since March 2024. Prior to this role, Mario held the position of Human Resources Manager at PT Lippo Life Assurance from December 2022 to February 2023, where responsibilities included managing HR processes, talent acquisition, and ensuring legal compliance. From June 2018 to December 2022, Mario worked as an HR Manager at Target for the Southeast Asia region, focusing on talent strategies and organizational design. Mario began the HR career as a Human Resources Analyst at SRW&Co. from September 2016 to June 2018, conducting research and analysis to support clients. Mario holds a Bachelor's degree from Institut Teknologi Bandung, completed in July 2016.
