Reza Fauzi

Reza Fauzi has extensive experience in project management and business process transformation, currently serving as AVP-Business Process Transformation Manager at PT. Indosat Tbk since January 2022, while also holding various roles at Indosat Ooredoo since January 2009. Notable contributions include leading projects such as Mobile CRM to enhance customer service operations, overseeing the Voice of Customer Experience (VOCE) initiative to address user issues, and driving the Customer Journey project for consistent user experiences. Reza has also played a significant role in marketing, focusing on the Mentari brand through strategy development, product performance monitoring, and innovative launches like Mentari Smart Voucher and Mentari Hebat Keluarga. Starting as a Marketing Assistant, Reza progressed through roles, demonstrating strong capabilities in product strategy and development.
