Nicolo Castiglione has a diverse range of work experience. Nicolo is the co-founder and managing partner of Bali Investment Club (BIC), an angel network that invests in and supports impact-driven Indonesian businesses. At BIC, they organize events and acts as a bridge between angel investors and entrepreneurs. Nicolo is also a board advisor and lead investor partner at Rekosistem, a zero waste management start-up focused on creating a circular economy through technology and innovation. Additionally, Nicolo serves as an investment partner at ROBRIES ID, a company that produces innovative waste management systems and promotes a zero waste lifestyle. Nicolo is a commissioner, board advisor, and lead investor partner at Magalarva, a fast-growing black soldier fly protein-producing company that addresses environmental impact and produces high-protein animal feed. In the role of board advisor and lead investor partner, Nicolo is involved with bukaPO, a food pre-ordering digital platform supporting micro-entrepreneurs in Indonesia's informal sector. Nicolo is also a co-founder of ANGELS + FOUNDERS, an impact-focused pitching arena that brings together investors and entrepreneurs to promote impact entrepreneurship and investing. Nicolo Castiglione has a diverse education history spanning several institutions and fields of study. In 2012, they enrolled in Università LUMSA to pursue a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree, specializing in business administration and finance. Nicolo successfully completed their undergraduate program in 2015.

In 2016, Castiglione attended Vega School, where they pursued an Honours Degree with a focus on brand strategy and communication. This program lasted until 2017, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter.
