Mateusz Siejka

Mateusz Siejka is a seasoned professional in the commercial property sector, currently serving as Country Head for Poland at Indotek Group since January 2022, and previously held the position of Expansion Manager in the same organization. Prior to Indotek Group, Siejka was the Managing Director at Arcona Capital Poland from March 2014 to January 2022, focusing on commercial property fund management and asset management, including acquisitions and disposals. Siejka's earlier experience includes roles as Portfolio Manager at Bywater Properties Poland Ltd., Junior Lawyer at Trigranit Development Polska Sp. z o.o., and Lawyer at Budimex Nieruchomosci Inwestycje sp. z o.o. Siejka's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Property Investment and Management from Sheffield Hallam University, a Master’s in Property Valuation from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, and a Master of Science in Law from the University of Warsaw, complemented by additional training from Harvard Business School Online.
