Hendro Sugito is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in after-sales management and operations, currently serving as the National After Market Head at PT Indotruck Utama since November 2021. With a proven track record of overseeing large teams and managing multiple branches across Indonesia, Hendro has successfully led service projects for major clients and driven significant revenue targets. Previous roles include Deputy Director After Market at PT Ori Polytec Composites and Technical & Operation Director at PT Hiba Utama, alongside other senior positions at notable companies including Nissan Motor Corporation and General Motors Indonesia. Hendro holds a Master’s degree in International Management from Prasetiya Mulya Business School and an engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Institut Sains dan Teknologi Nasional.
