Christian Sonders

Christian Sonders serves as the CFO of Germany and Head of Finance at Indra since September 2025. Previously, Christian held various leadership positions at ZF Group from January 1999 to August 2025, including Head of Sales Performance in the Electrified Powertrain Technology Division, Senior Manager of Corporate Finance, Head of Finance and Controlling for joint ventures in China and India, and Manager of Corporate Controlling. Significant achievements include implementing reverse factoring solutions for automotive customers and leading Greenfield projects in India. In addition to corporate roles, Christian has contributed academically as a part-time lecturer in financial management at Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW). Christian holds an MBA from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg and degrees from Coventry University and FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences.
