María Jesús Ainaga Logroño

María Jesús Ainaga Logroño has a extensive work experience in various management roles. María Jesús started their career in 1991 at Accenture as a Manager for Business Integration Projects. María Jesús then moved on to roles such as Manager for Business Process Management and Senior Manager for Business Development. In 2000, they joined ProfIT - Gartner Group as a Senior Manager for Strategic Consulting, and later transitioned to Accenture again in 2001, where they worked as a Senior Manager for Product Development Projects. María Jesús then joined Indra in 2002 as a Senior Manager for Outsourcing Services, and progressed to become the Director of the Global Financial Services Center. María Jesús also served as the Director responsible for the Continuous Improvement Area where they implemented an innovative Measurement System. María Jesús played a crucial role in projects focused on improving Indra's IT services and establishing a new global delivery model.

María Jesús Ainaga Logroño obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 1986. From 1987 to 1991, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the same university. In 1990, they also pursued a doctoral program in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Certified Associate Coach from ASESCO - Asociación Española de Coaching and as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
