Oscar López Otero

Oscar López Otero is an accomplished Director at Indra with over 15 years of experience in the Air Traffic Management (ATM) sector. Currently overseeing the iTEC SkyNex project in Norway, Oscar is also responsible for innovation and business development related to iTEC and iNM. Previous roles include Senior Programme Manager, where Oscar led the iTEC Indra Team and was instrumental in negotiating significant contracts, including a €173M tender with EUROCONTROL. Additional experience includes managing extensive teams and budgets, as well as serving as a Project Manager in defense and ATM sectors at Polar Consultores and ESPELSA. Oscar holds a Master's degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and further certifications in project management and business development.
