Natalia Ugay

Natalia Ugay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and management. Currently serving as the Director of Global HR at inDriver since June 2020, Natalia leads an international team and reports directly to the Chief People Officer. Prior to this role, Natalia was a Regional Human Resources Business Partner at Spectrum Brands from May 2014 to June 2020, contributing to one of the Fortune 500 companies. Natalia's experience also includes serving as the Deputy Head of the Accreditation Office for the Sochi 2014 Organizing Committee, where relationship management with National Olympic and Paralympic Committees was vital.
