Luiz Pontes Sobreira is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in global recruitment across various sectors. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Rebag since July 2023, Luiz oversees recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles. Previously, Luiz held the position of Talent Acquisition Partner for LATAM at Zendesk, experiencing a company-wide layoff. Luiz contributed significantly to Zé Delivery as a Bilingual Business Tech Recruiter, managing bilingual positions and recruitment processes throughout Latin America. With a robust background that includes roles at HProjekt, Sutherland, Mercedes-Benz do Brasil, and Tel Telecomunicações, Luiz has developed expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes and fostering positive candidate experiences. Luiz holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Systems Analysis from Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de São Paulo.
