Walter Rosales

Walter Rosales is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and content management. Currently serving as Customer Service Lead at inDrive since June 2023, Walter is instrumental in establishing support operations for inDrive Money across LATAM and globally. Previous roles include Customer Experience Lead at Around, where Walter implemented CRM strategies to enhance client interaction, and Customer Experience roles at Mozper, Urbvan, and Marriott International, consistently improving customer satisfaction and response times.
