Yuliya Penzyakova

Yuliya Penzyakova has extensive experience in operations management and interpretation, currently serving as the Senior LATAM Operations Manager at inDrive since January 2019, where previous roles included LATAM Operations Manager and Head of Customer Support and Administration. Prior experience includes working as an interpreter for RusTrade Mexico, TV Azteca, and GEMSA, providing simultaneous translation and support during key events such as the World Football Cup 2018 and the Mexican Oil Forum. Yuliya's educational background includes a Master's degree in International Affairs from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations and undergraduate studies in International Journalism, complemented by an exchange program in International Relations at Tecnológico de Monterrey.
