Priyadharshiny Karunakaran has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Priyadharshiny began their career as an HR associate at Genie Consultants Private Limited in 2016. In 2019, they joined Tata Consultancy Services as an HR Talent Acquisition Group - US IT Sourcer, where they gained experience in designing and updating job descriptions, conducting campus interviews, and sourcing potential candidates from job portals. After their tenure with Tata Consultancy Services, they worked at doodleblue Innovations as a Recruiter, where they focused on hiring IT developers and performed tasks such as designing and updating job descriptions and screening resumes. Currently, Priyadharshiny is working at Indsafri as a Junior Consultant - Talent Acquisition.

Priyadharshiny Karunakaran obtained a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from Anna University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Higher Secondary education in Computer Science at Srinivasa Vidhyalaya Matric Higher Secondary School from 2008 to 2009.
