Erica Hall

Erica Hall, M.S., has extensive experience in various roles within the mental health and social services sectors. Currently serving as an On Site Coordinator and Education Counselor at MES, Inc. since September 2021, Erica previously held positions including Volunteer Supervisor at Twin Cedars Youth and Family Services, where responsibilities included volunteer recruitment and data management, and Addiction Counselor Trainee at New Horizons Behavioral Health, facilitating psychoeducational groups for youth with substance use and mental health diagnoses. Additionally, Erica was a Social Service Technician II, supervising individuals with developmental disabilities and providing case management. In a leadership role as Director at Safe Haven 4U, LLC, Erica ensured a structured environment for residents with emotional and behavioral challenges. Erica holds a Master of Science in Post Secondary Education with a Psychology Concentration from Troy University and is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work at Albany State University.
