Naomi Scoffham

Naomi Scoffham is currently the Director of HR at Induction Healthcare Group PLC. Naomi previously held the position of Human Resources Director at Business Clan, where Naomi built the HR service line from scratch. With a background in recruitment and training, Naomi has worked with companies like Liberty Retail Ltd, Fallow & Co, and Harrods Ltd, managing recruitment processes and training programs. Naomi holds a BSc Hons in Psychology from the University of Birmingham and a Grad IPD from the Institute of Personnel & Development.
