Jason Waits

Jason Waits is a seasoned information security professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Chief Information Security Officer at Inductive Automation since May 2016, Jason is responsible for the overall security vision, strategy, and policies, while managing a high-performing Cyber Security team across multiple domains. Previous roles at Inductive Automation include Director of Cyber Security, focusing on security engineering and incident response, and Network Security Administrator, handling Active Directory and security tools. Prior to this, Jason worked as a Network Administrator at Sunflower Natural Foods Inc. from June 2010 to May 2016. Jason holds a Master of Science in Information Security Engineering from the SANS Technology Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Western Governors University.
