Javiera Parada

Javiera Parada has extensive experience in sales and digital transformation, currently serving as Subgerente Ventas Kia Mayorista at Indumotora since April 2017, where responsibilities include B2B sales of Kia vehicles to dealerships and fleets. Previous roles at Indumotora involved leading digital projects to automate sales processes and enhance customer experience throughout the sales cycle. Javiera also has a background in commercial development, focusing on infrastructure projects to expand sales coverage for Kia in Chile. Prior to Indumotora, experience includes roles at Nestlé as a Process Engineer, where project improvement and production efficiency were prioritized, and as a Technical Trainee. Early career experience includes support for a research project at Soquimich. Educational qualifications include a degree in Civil Industrial Engineering with a Diploma in Chemistry from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
