Anshad Abdul Azees

Anshad Abdul Azees has a diverse work experience in human resources. In 2011, they started as an HR Executive at Spectrum Softtech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where they were involved in talent acquisition and recruitment processes. After that, they worked as an Assistant Manager Human Resources at Rubber O' Malabar Products Pvt Ltd, where they focused on implementing HR policies and systems and managing employee engagement programs. In 2015, Anshad briefly served as an HR Manager at |SPICELAND TRAVEL HOLIDAYS PVT LTD before joining INDUS MOTORS CO. (P) LTD as a Corporate Human Resources Manager in 2016. In this role, they were responsible for the development, management, and monitoring of the performance of a multi-skilled workforce, as well as the implementation of various HR policies and employee engagement programs. In 2020, they took on the role of Senior Human Resources Manager at Oralium, where they orchestrated performance enhancement methods and developed HR policies aligned with business needs. Currently, they work as the Head HR at INDUS MOTORS CO. (P) LTD.

Anshad Abdul Azees obtained a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Mahatma Gandhi University, which they pursued from 2006 to 2009. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Cochin University of Science and Technology, which they completed from 2009 to 2011.
