Dushyant Kumar has extensive work experience in the telecom industry. Their most recent position was as the Sr VP, National Head - Operations at Indus Towers Limited, where they oversaw the operation of over 200,000 telecom towers for major telecom operators in India. Their responsibilities included creating operations strategies, managing operations transformation initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence while handling a large team.

Prior to their role at Indus Towers Limited, Dushyant held various senior executive positions at Bharti Airtel. Dushyant served as the Sr VP, Head - Operation Excellence & Transformation, where they focused on improving operational efficiency. Dushyant was also the Sr VP, Head Fiber Factory, responsible for managing a fiber network of approximately 250,000 km. Additionally, they served as the Sr VP, Head - central operations group (network) and was responsible for strategic guidance and support for network operations, network performance improvement, and managing network operations costs.

Before joining Bharti Airtel, Dushyant held managerial positions at companies such as Bharti BT Internet Ltd, California Microwave Inc, Digital Microwave Corporation, National Information Technologies Ltd, and Gujarat Communications and Electronics Ltd.

Dushyant Kumar completed their Engineer's Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from the Institution of Engineers, India (Kolkata) from 1985 to 1990. In 1981-1984, they pursued Electronics Engineering at K L Polytechnic, Roorkee, India. Later, they participated in leadership programs at INSEAD in 2012 and CCL, Singapore in 2015 to enhance their leadership skills.
