Ekta Bhardwaj

Ekta Bhardwaj is currently serving as the Head of HR Operations at Indus Towers Limited since October 2022. Prior to this role, Ekta held the position of Senior Divisional Manager - Human Resource at Coforge, where responsibilities included HR advisory to leadership, end-to-end HR support, system enhancement implementation, and management of employee attrition data.
