Chetan Shah

Chetan Shah is currently the Head of Projects & Automation at IndusInd Bank. Chetan is responsible for initiating and delivering key strategic projects that leverage digital technologies and AI/ML to improve efficiencies and customer experience. Previously, at Citi, Chetan held various senior vice president roles, leading digital transformation initiatives, liquidity management programs, and offshore services operations. Chetan holds a Master's Degree in Accountancy Audit Taxation and has completed senior leadership programs in business administration and digital transformation.
