Karan Sejwal

Karan Sejwal is an accomplished professional in the banking and analytics sectors, currently serving as the Deputy Vice President - Business Strategy Manager at IndusInd Bank since July 2025. Previously, Karan held various roles at RBL Bank, including Assistant Vice President of Analytics, where leadership encompassed a team of five focusing on segment and corporate account portfolios, and Senior Manager of Analytics, working on OCR use cases for automating NEFT/RTGS transactions with cloud services. Karan began the career as an Analytics Trainee, designing customer behavior-based personal campaigns. Karan also gained experience as a Marketing Analyst during an internship at Landmark Group, which involved customer analytics. Karan holds a PGDM in Big Data Analytics from Goa Institute of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Amity University.
