Obula Reddy Bandreddi

Obula Reddy Bandreddi is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in credit risk management and policy development within the banking and finance sectors. Currently serving as Head of Credit Risk at IndusInd Bank since March 2025, Obula leads the credit risk strategy for the Consumer Finance Division, focusing on enhancing risk controls and compliance. Prior to this role, Obula held the position of Head of Risk and Policy at IndoStar Capital Finance Ltd., overseeing risk management across various loan segments. Obula also served as Risk Head for Retail Assets at Karur Vysya Bank, where responsibilities included managing credit risk for a range of retail loans. Earlier in the career, Obula held key roles at TVS Credit Services Ltd., Axis Bank, Reliance Capital, and ICICI Bank, building a robust foundation in credit policies and underwriting.
