Mr Rana Vikram Anand is a career banker with nearly three decades of banking experience during which he held leadership positions across Retail & Commercial Banking and Asset Management at Private and Foreign Banks. His overall experience encompasses business, products and support functions including marketing and finance. Mr. Rana has worked across geographies in India and had entrepreneurial stints at MSME Fintech debt financing platforms. Mr. Rana is the Head - Pan Bank Liability Group, Customer Service & Synergy at Indusind Bank. In his current role, he works with BU Heads, Product and Support Function teams’ to co-create strategy and execute plans to create a robust liability franchise for the Bank. He has been entrusted with the responsibility of leveraging the Group’s product suite and distribution network to catalyse ‘Synergy’ generated business value, and permeate customer centricity across the organisation to deliver a positive impact on customer experience. Mr. Rana is an alumnus of Hindu College, Delhi and Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai and has pursued Executive Development Programs at Harvard Business School, INSEAD and the Indian School of Business.
