Saurabh Puri

Saurabh Puri is a senior leader with extensive experience in driving business growth through digital transformation, currently serving as Senior Vice President at IndusInd Bank since March 2022. Puri oversees a large engagement team focused on enhancing liabilities and assets growth via digital channels, managing a workforce of over 200 members, and implementing customer-centric strategies to deepen relationships and cross-sell products. Prior to this role, Puri was Vice President of Sales at Indifi, promoting financing solutions for the MSME segment, and served as Promoter at My Meds India, specializing in pharmaceutical and healthcare services. Additionally, Puri held an AVP position at iYogi, managing operations and program management in a pioneering technical support company, and started the career as Team Leader in Training & Operations at RICO AUTO INDUSTRIES LTD., working with prominent clients. Puri holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Christ Church College, completed in 2003.
