Vikram Prakash

Vikram Prakash currently holds the position of Zonal HR Manager at IndusInd Bank since August 2023. Previously, Vikram served as Regional Head HR and State HR at AU Small Finance Bank from August 2018 to August 2023. Earlier experience includes the role of HR Hub Manager for North India at Cipla Limited from March 2015 to August 2018, where responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition, HR operations, employee engagement, and performance management. Vikram began career at Aamby Valley City, a Sahara India flagship project, serving as HR Officer and Associate HR Manager from April 2011 to March 2015, focusing on recruitment, compliance, and performance management.
