Kai Li is an experienced IT professional, currently serving as an Assistant IT Manager at ICBC (Asia) since December 2017. Responsibilities include business requirements analysis, system design, development, documentation, enhancement, and maintenance of various systems such as CPS, FPS, QR code payment, and internal collection systems. Prior to this role, Kai Li worked as a Solution Programmer at PCCW Solutions Limited from September 2015 to December 2017, focusing on the system development of government projects and collaborating with users and technical teams. Kai Li holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
