Afshan Peimani

Afshan Peimani, MPH Esq. is a legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal field. Currently serving as Chief Counsel at the Industrial Commission of Arizona since October 2015, Afshan has provided legal representation and advice on labor and employment, occupational safety and health, workers' compensation, and administrative law. Previous positions include Judge Pro Tempore at the Superior Court of Arizona in Maricopa County and Attorney at Titla & Parsi, PLLC. As a founding professor at Arizona Summit Law School, Afshan developed and taught clinics focused on serving Arizona's veteran and American Indian communities. Afshan's educational background includes a Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona, a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Arizona.
