Gaetano Testini

Gaetano Testini is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various capacities within the legal field. Currently serving as the Director and Chief Counsel of the Legal Division at the Industrial Commission of Arizona since April 2015, Gaetano Testini also holds the position of Administrative Law Judge. In addition, Gaetano Testini has been an Adjunct Professor at Grand Canyon University since August 2014, teaching both ground and online courses. Prior to these roles, Gaetano Testini worked as Senior Counsel at Manning & Kass, Ellrod, Ramirez, Trester LLP, from January 2013 to April 2015, focusing on workers' compensation defense. Gaetano Testini co-founded Wilmer and Testini, a workers' compensation applicant firm, from August 2002 to January 2013, and began legal career as an Associate at Taylor and Associates from June 2000 to July 2002. Educational background includes a Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies from Arizona State University.
