Julie Gull Hill

Julie Gull Hill is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of MindSpan Solutions, a woman-owned small business dedicated to enhancing business operations through process improvement and technology since its establishment in 2018 in Scottsdale, Arizona. In addition to leading MindSpan, Julie serves as Project Coordinator for the Claims Modernization project at the Industrial Commission of Arizona, overseeing the implementation of a new claims processing system. With over 20 years of project management experience, Julie previously held the positions of Vice President of Project Management, Director of Project Management, and IT Project Manager at ICM Document Solutions, where success in project execution and customer satisfaction were paramount. Earlier experiences include roles as Senior Project Manager at ICG Consulting and Senior Consultant at Peterson Consulting, focusing on information technology solutions for various industries. Julie holds a degree in Management and Marketing from the Wisconsin School of Business.
